                                             Hello, I am Susanne

                                           Welcome to my website

I am a qualified paediatric nurse, masseuse, Reflexologist, Reiki practitioner and Reiki teacher. Iam also an Advanced Theta DNA Healing practitioner, and I teach Modern Dance and Yoga. I spent 5 years as a massage therapist in a physiotherapy clinic in Switzerland . I have used massage both as a therapy and an aid to relaxation for many years.

I have studied and practised Yoga for more then 25 years and have developed my own style, which I call SadayaYoga. I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation - UKRF -  and a member of the British School of Yoga - BSY.

I am a fully trained Neals Yard Organic independant Senior Consultant. I feel passionate about natural, organic and sustainable living, and these products are a reflection of my beliefs.

I am originally from Switzerland, where I trained as a nurse. As soon as I started my course in nursing - in 1980 - I realised the conventional medical view of the body was too one sided, too narrow. So I began my search for a more complete holistic understanding. Ever since I started to study Yoga I began to realise, and experience,  that all we are is energy. More and more our scientists, especially physicists, who study quantum physics and beyond, such as string theory, come to the conclusion that all there is, is energy.

I have been fascinated with this reality. If we are actually beings of energy we must be constantly changing.

Imagine the freedom and the possibilities! It is our thinking, conditioning and memories that keep us rigid and fixed. Through my work as a Yoga teacher, masseuse, Reiki teacher and Advanced Theta practitioner, I experience these possibilities and miracles every day.

I am sure that energy work or energy medicine is the medicine of the future. Maybe not in my lifetime, but certainly in the future, "energy wisdom" will become general knowledge and the experience of us all.
