My intention is to provide you with lots of information on Yoga, Reiki, relaxation and organic skin and beauty products.

I am a Yoga and Reiki teacher and feel very  passionate about both subjects. I hope you will join me in my enthusiasm and make Yoga or Reiki a part of your life.
